A free of charge initial consultation is provided to interested candidates. This can be done either by contacting us via phone or by emailing us your documents. A reply is usually given within 48 hours whether the admission is possible or not.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE A DECISION HAS BEEN GIVEN ON THE ADMISSION, NO FURTHER FREE CONSULTATION WILL BE PROVIDED
Documents Submission
Applicants are required to bring along the following documents in ORIGINAL and one set of photocopies:
– Certificates and transcripts of last 2 qualifications completed e.g if you have done F.Sc then Certificates of F.Sc and matriculation with transcripts. In case Certificates have not been issued, please bring the detailed marks sheet.
– Original Passport
– A bank statement showing the availability of funds for studies and living expenses.
– 1 passport size photograph
– IELTS/TOEFL/EFL result card.
– In case IELTS or TOEFL not available, then a letter from last institution attended stating that the medium of Instruction was English.
– All candidates will be required to fill out our ‘Application Form’ upon arrival for admission. This form requires a passport sized photograph to be pasted or stapled.
– This whole session usually takes up to 30 mins and at the end of the session you will be informed about the date to collect your ‘Conditional Offer of Acceptance ‘ letter issued by the institution abroad.
Conditional Offer of Acceptance
Collect the ‘Conditional Offer of Acceptance ‘ letter issued by the institution abroad and pay 50% of our consultancy fee. This letter is usually received within 3 days of submitting documents to the institution.
Un-Conditional Offer of Acceptance
Collect the ‘Unconditional Offer of Acceptance ‘ and pay the balance of our consultancy fee. This also takes up to 3 days after the ‘Conditional letter’ is received.
Dues Clearance
Pay the agreed amount of University /Institution fee directly into their account and bring the receipt of payment to us. At this stage, we will also need a fresh bank statement to be forwarded to the institution. A ‘Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies’ or CAS will then be issued to file your application for visa.
